Hi, I'm Christine.I've been a lot of things in my 30 year career - a business owner, designer, consultant, instructor, and mentor to name a few. For the past 15 years, I've been a licensed NC/SC REALTOR®. For 11 of those years, I've run my own firm as Broker-in-Charge.In every endeavor, I've forged my own path. As a real estate consultant, I advise homeowners, buyers, and investors in navigating the market. Providing viable solutions to my clients as their advisor has always been the focus of my business.With the current economic climate and upheaval in the real estate industry, I believe it's time for a change.I've recently opted out of the NAR and local associations/MLS. While I still hold a NC Broker license, I can no longer use the REALTOR® brand or claim any of the credentials I've earned over the years.What does that mean for you, as a potential client? I believe that this change will allow me to offer more creative options and bring real solutions in real estate to the table.

As a real estate consultant, I've simply parlayed that mindset into a specialty in real estate.I'm based in North Carolina, but I work with clients nationwide.I do not work on commission. And, I don't believe it serves the buyer, seller, or even the agent, to transact on commission either.So if you're looking for options to solve your real estate needs, let's talk.
